  • Worked in a BPO called WNS Global Services, for 2 years as a Sr. Customer Service Associate - this was for an insurance company called Aviva Life Insurance. My responsibilities included retain customers from transferring their existing insurance policies with Aviva to other providers and also help them with fund transfers.
