1)FEA analysis on Air-Cooled Flight computer for Modal analysis,Random Vibration ,Harmonic Vibrations ,Transient analysis (Shock) and Static Acceleration as per Environmental Conditions and Test Procedures for Airborne Equipment document (DO-160) as specified by Customer.

2)FEA Analysis of Drone structures with 2D meshes and optimized for deformation and stresses for the same

3)Flow simulation of Liquid cooled chassis in Ansys Icepak and evaluated variation of chassis temperature (delta T) and pressure drop across inlet to outlet of flow path (delta P) and optimization of the flow path to meet customer required delta T and delta P.

4)Random Vibration and Harmonic Vibration analysis (Sine Sweep) for Fixture plates and optimized the same for increasing its natural frequency prior to actual lab testing.

5)Non linear 2d Gasket compression analysis with inputting uniaxial,bi-axial and shear test data for elastic material and checked for its compression and stresses induced for the applied load.

6)Thermal analysis of air cooled PCB with mechanical enclosures considering its Rjc and Rjb values and power dissipation and obtained components temperature which were compared to the Maximum Junction temperature and evaluated for its failure in Ansys Icepak.

7)Drop test of medium impact ABS Briefcase on a concrete floor from a height of 1m and evaluated its deformations and stress behaviour

1)Inspected Finished machined parts for its dimensions and its surface finishes and formulated the recorded data into report and further checked these data for Cp and Cpk using Minitab.

2)Designed Standoffs and Created Engineering drawings for manufacturing in Solidworks.

3)Performed Static and Dynamic Analysis of Assemblies in Ansys Workbench.
