RESPONSIBILTY:

• Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment: Analyze work environments to identify potential hazards and conduct risk assessments to implement preventive measures.
• Safety Program Development: Design and enforce safety policies, procedures, and training programs to ensure compliance with legal and industry standards (e.g., OSHA, ISO 45001).
• Incident Investigation & Reporting: Lead investigations of accidents or near-misses, determine root causes, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Site Safety Supervision: Monitor daily site activities, ensure proper use of PPE, enforce permit-to-work systems, and conduct toolbox talks and safety inspections.

RESPONSIBILTY:

• Conduct Safety Training & Induction: Deliver safety orientation for new employees and ongoing training to ensure awareness of workplace hazards and safety procedures.
• Enforce Compliance with Safety Standards: Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to company HSE policies, legal regulations, and use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Accident Prevention & Investigation: Identify unsafe practices, conduct regular safety audits, and investigate incidents to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence.
• Maintain Safety Records & Reports: Keep detailed documentation of inspections, incidents, risk assessments, and safety meetings for compliance and continuous improvement.

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Site Supervision & Enforcement: Oversee daily operations to ensure all workers follow safety procedures and use PPE correctly.
• Toolbox Talks & Briefings: Conduct regular safety briefings, toolbox talks, and on-the-spot guidance to reinforce safety awareness.
• Inspection & Hazard Control: Perform routine site inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented promptly.
• Coordination with Management & Workers: Act as a link between workers and management to address safety concerns, implement policies, and promote a positive safety culture.
