Worked in Good Receipt Team , Invoice Controlling Team

Responsible for 2 way Matching

• Quantity Billed with Quantity Order.
• Invoice Price with Purchase Order Price .
• Once the Invoice and Goods Receipt are Recorded in SAP then my work started.
• Inspection of Invoice with Goods Receipt.
• If GR was not there in SAP, then responsible for asking Proof of Delivery Document to the Supplier. After 21 days if no Proof Delivery Document provided , then responsible for Cancelling of Invoice assuming Goods was not delivered. In case of Proof of Delivery Document provided by supplier then payment to be made to the Supplier.
• In case of Price difference, responsible for query raised to Buying Department after confirmation decided price will paid to the supplier.
• If Goods were returned then responsible for asking supplier for Credit Note.
