Business Continuity Planning- BCP Coordinator for CFR, conducted timely BCP Renewals & exercises, carried out end-to-end certification of all CFR BIAs. Driving continuous improvement of projects and recurrent interaction with stakeholders to drive and influence improvement objectives. Liaise with key infrastructure teams to identify gaps, set recovery time objectives and convey business needs/expectations. Design and outline BCP goals, objectives and scope for business plans and Crisis Management. Data Deep dive to fix inadequate or failed internal systems, internal controls, procedures, or policies due to employee errors, breaches, fraud, or any external event that disrupts a financial institution's processes effortlessly.
Disaster Recovery Planning- Responsible for managing and developing relationships Information Security and ER team to enhance policies, tools and procedures to enable the recovery or continuation of vital technology infrastructure and systems following a natural or human-induced disaster. Facilitating strategic discussions with application owners and business to consult the relevant backup solution to optimize cost.
Data Loss Prevention- DLP Coordinator for CFR- Responsible for monitoring CFR’s DLP events, coaching repeat offenders and spreading awareness regarding new DLP policies to reduce DLP incidents for the business Unit.
Enhancing Key Risk Indicators- Conducted an end to end process review of the Proactive Line Increase Process to identify key risk ares and propose KRIs corresponding to those risks. Took lead in identifying and proposing KRIs for Customer Pandemic Relief Program, International Financial Relief Program (Customer & Corporate). Worked with capabilities & strategy teams to implement KRIs for all above projects.
KRI Governance- Provided governance to KRIs actioned on CDIT & SM portals by reviewing user comments and monitoring SLAs. Identified issues with scope of process enhancement and shared findings with business. Standardized comment documentation across platforms for CFR to ensure a consistent way for action owners to enter comprehensive & meaningful inputs. Worked to identify business owners of compliance KRIs in partnership with CFR CCO teams as an ACP goal for 2021.

Worked on the project- Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) defined by the United Nations; deep-dived into government schemes and the budget allocated to each of them to study the current coverage for each goal.
Reviewed the indicators set by Ministry of Statistics and Program Implementation (MOSPI) by allocating existing schemes to the pre- determined targets, prepared a report and presented my findings to the assigned civil officer.
