  • Enabling the adaption of Agile methodologies into the team as a part of Organisation’s bold move initiative of Agile Organisation by implementing daily stand ups, Kanban boards for deliverable tracking and retrospectives.

  • Responsible for PMO activities with the engagement manager in the development project for a German client in manufacturing domain.
