Aditi Padalkar

After completing my engineering degree, I decided to work in my father’s company to gain practical business experience while preparing for competitive exams, such as AFCAT and CDS. During this time, I cleared AFCAT three times and CDS twice, showcasing my determination and resilience. I also attended five SSB interviews, which helped me develop interpersonal skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.

While preparing for these exams, I developed a deep interest in polity as a subject. This interest gradually turned into a passion for law, as I realized the importance of legal frameworks in shaping society and governance.

• While working in my father's catering business, I helped make the operations more organized and efficient. I managed the inventory by keeping track of supplies, reducing waste, and ensuring everything was available on time. I also interacted with students, understanding their needs and making sure they were satisfied with the services. These experiences taught me how to handle responsibilities, solve problems, and communicate effectively in a busy environment.
