  • Assessing the potential of Remote-Controlled Toy Cars across India: Following the change in regulations for toy import in India, an Indian contract manufacturer wanted to assess the potential of remote-controlled toy cars in India. Project deliverable included knowing the current market size and growth, consumer preferences, market composition and competition.
  • Identifying the possible demand for byproduct of a Steel Foundry: Worked with a global steel manufacturer to identify demand for one of the byproducts – Ethanol, across various end use industries. This research project involved understanding the various sources for Ethanol, current market supply and demand, future growth, competition, and composition of global market. The research findings helped client in knowing useful ways to earn out of the byproduct.
  • Analyzing Consumer Choice of Specific Consumer Goods across African Countries: Conducting extensive primary research with distributors and retailers to assess consumer preferences. Product list included cereals, dairy products, fats and oils, sugar confectionery and so on. Analyzing the inputs from primary respondents to understand consumer preferences. This project was executed for a client company with a base in Europe and interested to enter Africa.
  • Cross border Expansion: Assisted a fragrance manufacturer based in Asia to enter Middle East region. Research study was aimed at knowing possibility for a new entrant in the Middle East region. The project provided an assessment of challenges involved in having a presence in an already mature and saturated region. The research findings helped client in tying up with a local distributer.
