• Ensured data integrity, error handling, and logging mechanisms to support smooth production workflows.
• Optimized ETL processes for performance improvements and reduced execution time.

Business Intelligence & Reporting (Cognos):

• Maintained a wide range of Cognos reports based on business requirements.
• Collaborated closely with stakeholders to gather reporting needs and deliver visually clear and actionable insights.
• Developed and published reports using Cognos Framework Manager and maintained scheduling tasks.

Data Visualization (Power BI – Beginner):

• Started working on building Power BI dashboards using data models and DAX expressions to support key business metrics.
• Gained experience in designing interactive visualizations and learning best practices around user experience and storytelling with data.
• Collaboration & Documentation:
  Worked in agile teams, participated in daily standbys, sprint planning, and reviews.
