• Managing the Clients dashboards/ panels for FMCG/Retail/Online brands by introducing new insight charts, build logics and done A/B testing which results in Sales growth by 15%
• Created a payment dashboard that helps in reconciling the data of brands and saved 100+ man-hours to release payments to brands with a less TAT.
• Led and drive the DIY flow for small/new online brands where they can onboard themselves and list the offers and deals on magicpin by themselves.
• Created roadmap and strategizing the flow of Ad Sales model and get that implemented on product end.

ANALYTICS & REPORTING

• Handling and Managing a team of 4-5 analytics folks, Guiding and helping them in automation, report creation, and dashboarding and Taking Daily scrum to prioritizing their daily tasks.
• Driving Revenue, CM,Repeat Rate/user retention and analyzing the trends by creating Reports and Dashboards and taking actions accordingly
