B) Operations Management and Administrative Duties.

• Managing installation, maintenance of indoor and outdoor landscape across Mumbai and Pune region.
• Conducting regular checks and maintenance of executed and ongoing projects.
• Cross-checking and submission of new proposals, BOQs, MSDS, and invoicing, ensuring accuracy.
• Oversee approvals, follow up on payments with finance team of client.
• Managing vendor registration process and follow-up for timely release of P.O. and rate contract.
• Submission of MMRs for major clients like Rustomjee, Lodha, and Concentrix, Colliers, etc.
• Streamline the deployment of plants and workforce for new clients, planning procurement, and budget allocation for the same.
• Maintaining records of attendance, leaves, material consumption statements, and other matters.
• Proficient email communication with clients, ensuring clear and concise correspondence to address inquiries, provide updates, and maintain positive client relationships.
• C) Workforce Management and Machinery Maintenance.
• Conducting monthly or weekly meetings with supervisors and gardeners.
• Capacity building sessions for gardeners and supervisors.
• Ensuring safety measures on site, punctuality, uniforms, and the availability of tools and tackles.
• Managing the maintenance of vehicles and other machinery.

• Hunting new vendors for better rates.
• Nursery Aesthetics.
• Ensuring Flowering.
• Treatment and recovery of sick plants.
• Supervision of manure application, pruning, preventive spray, etc.
• In-house propagation and stocktaking.
• Maintaining stock of corporate gifting plants and pots, manure.
• Ensuring height and girth of plants.

• Exploring varieties of plants for indoor and outdoor landscaping.

A project with ultra-luxurious amenities and niche landscaping, spanning over 8 acres of area.

• Maintaining attendance report records and preparing daily basis progress of ongoing and completed work, material consumption statement.
• To ensure that safety practices are being followed during the progress of work.
• Carrying out any other task assigned by senior management in time.
• Ordering fertilizers, pesticides, insecticides, growth regulators, garden and lawn care tools, machines, and ensuring maintenance.
• Identify and eliminate insect, disease, and weed problems, and schedule spraying activity according to suitable environmental conditions.
• Nursery management at site.
• Set irrigation schedule, and monitor irrigation activities.
• Transplant, prune shrubs, and trim trees, hedges, and creepers. Mow the lawn.
