• Undertaken following Projects - 1. Title: Wrist Stabilizing Exoskeleton for People with Parkinson's disease - April 2019 : Location: VIT, Vellore
• The Final Year project aimed to design a glove for Parkinson's disease patients
• The proposed - Exoskeleton would reduce /negate the internal vibrations that patients experience in the wrist region and aid in performing daily tasks like eating or writing
• Selected materials, circuits to make a real glove,and made a prototype
• Tools Used: Designed the Exoskeleton using Solidworks
• Made circuits and graphs on MULTISIM
• Programmed Arduino board on Arduino coding
• 2. Title: Analysis of Brake Pedal- January- April 2018 Location: VIT, Vellore
• The project aimed to analytically investigate that the possible models are geometric profiles of brake pedals
• Inspected properties of Aluminium and created design for an Aluminium brake pedal
• Worked on Solidworks design
• Took inputs and findings from team and collated them in a report
• Conducted a static structural analysis to study the deflection and stress of steel, aluminium alloy and composite materials
• Derived that aluminium alloy was most feasible for low and medium end vehicles

• 3. Title: Customized Fuel Tank with Integration of EMS- February 2018 Location: VIT, Vellore
• Objective of the Design Project was to optimize the shape of a car fuel tank using calculations of the volume consumption with the help of Engine
• Management System (EMS)
• Selected an engine and recorded track data using study of two materials
• Designed and developed a standard design for a fuel tank and inner baffle geometry on Solid works,based on the type of use and the engine used
• Optimized the shape to have minimal sloshing via simulations in Star CCM+ (starting with basic cuboids' structure) , that helped in reducing power loss

• 4. Title: Transient Heat Analysis of an Exhaust Pipe - July-November 2017 Location: VIT, Vellore
• The Heat and Mass Transfer project aimed to analyze the heat distribution in an Exhaust Pipe
• Ascertained that heat is generated the most in the mid-section, the total deformation is maximum atone tip of the exhaust and stress is maximum at the area of maximum heat flux
• Tools Used: Solidworks, ANSY
• 5. Title: Fabrication of various parts to make the centrifugal pump
• July-November 2016 Location: VIT, Vellore
• The Hardware Project aimed to attain various part sto make the centrifugal pump.
• Brought down the components to the required size and specifications using workshop tools.
• Assembled and sealed all the parts ensuring zero water leakage and pressure maintenance
• Made calculations for the pump's performance capacity, added required values in calculation sheet table
