1. Implement KAM (Key Account Management) process for Railway Sales Customer.
2. Follow up for monthly Sales plan for allotted Customers, mobilizing sales service representatives, & scout for new business opportunities to increase sales revenues.
3. Ensure timely delivery reliability at the customer's end by providing inputs to material planning team & coordinating dispatch schedule with finished go-downs as per the monthly plan.
4. Follow up and realization of outstanding payment and keep track of payments receivables from customers.
5. Regular visit to customer for tracking at their end and inform NEIL team to update accordingly collect information related to NEIL's business for competitive analysis and to support NEI strategic Initiative.
6. Act as a point of contact between NEI & customer, business queries & coordinate internally to respond to the customer in an effective & timely manner.
7. Ensure working environment which is conducive for good team work and help individuals perform to the best of their capability.
