• In my tenure achieved lowest ever Breakdown – 1.2 %. Achieved highest MTBF – 165 hrs and lowest MTTR - 0.2 hrs
• 5% Reduction in Spare Inventory WRT 2019 cost saving approx. 30 Lacs
• 36% reduction in overtime by restructuring the manpower deployment
• 100% LOTO Implemented by creating awareness
• Specific Electricity consumption reduced by 2% WRT Last year by implementing several energy saving projects

Projects handled

• Handled Projects for expansion in TBR and PLT area, where TBR expands from 250 T to 321 T tires and PLT expands from 627 T tires to 893 T tires in 2017-2019
• Commissioned PLT KMPU Fastlane #7 and SAV#34 (Expansion project in 2018)
• Worked on erection and commissioning of VIPO Hexa Bead Winder in 2019.
• Handled Projects like SFI integration, MVTS integration online vision system, QDA, Version Dog etc.
• Key Responsible for machine specifications finalization, vendor finalization, technical discussions and implementation at plant level.
• Handled complete erection and commissioning of Slitters, Cutters, Bead building, PLT and TBR Tire building area in 2013-14.

• Joined as a GET & rose to the position of Asst Manager
• Looking after Mixing, Extrusion, and Calendaring as a shift engineer.
• Handled different upgradation projects, like Dual extruder drive upgrade, Reliance electric drive upgrade to Rockwell, S5 PLC upgrade to S7-400.
• Revamp Bias cutter panel from S7-200 to S7-300
• Triplex Cutter conveyor upgrade from Siemens Master drive to S120
