• Claim Processing for Coordination of Benefits, Empower Healthcare, RPA Developer, 12/2019 - Present, Claim Processing for Coordination of Benefits required us to tackle multiple Insurance Policies taken by one Member. In this project created using Automation Anywhere v11 we need to search for all the plans taken by the member. All claims processing happened in Evolent In-house tool ALDERA. After checking all the plans under Member Information window, we need to look for all the dependents and plans under them as well. According to the claim submitted amount, all the Co-Pay, deductibles and other payables calculations was done by the bot and respective amounts were Paid or Claim was denied if claim amount is more than multiple plans coverage taken by the Member., Conducting unit testing., Interaction with Excel, Web Application and SQL Database., Fixing the bugs raised by QA team., Participating daily scrum calls., Agile Methodology.
• Possible Duplicates Processing for All Evolent Clients, Empower Healthcare, County Care & More, RPA Developer, 07/2022 - 11/2022, Evolent Health takes Care of Multiple Clients Claims Data processing. Every Client had the problem of duplicate claims submitted by the Provider. It used to cost the companies heavy sum in case of duplicate claim payment. We created a bot using Automation Anywhere A360 which will search for all the claims submitted by the provider for same member and compares data for the claims. If found duplicate claims were rejected with respective remarks. In addition to that sometimes a claim can have duplicate entries for the same treatment. Bot was also checking for Self-Duplicate Lines as well., Understand and estimate the business criticality and timelines and deliver proper results., Implemented Automation of ALDERA Application, Web Application and Microsoft Applications., Leading the Project and taking it to completion., Fixing the bugs raised by QA team.
• Employee Onboarding Process, Evolent HR Team, RPA Developer, 04/2023 - 07/2023, The onboarding process prepares new employees for their new workplace by providing them with the essential knowledge, skills, and behaviors. With the help of enhanced capabilities of UI-Path technology we created a bot which will login to the workday portal with the credentials stored in Credential Vault and look for new Joiner’s entry. If an entry is found bot will parse all the employee documents and all the data is entered into workday system. If anything is missing email will be sent to the employee requesting missing data. After completion bot will send Employee required training materials., Understanding the requirement and getting my doubts clarified by HR team., Done feasibility analysis for different applications and scenarios., Implemented Automation of Workday and Microsoft Applications., Automated PDF integrations and Excel operations.
• Reports Pull from BlackLine Web Application, Evolent Finance Team, RPA Developer, 02/2023 - 03/2023, Evolent Finance Team had a web portal where they used to store all the company transaction data along with the pdf and word documents Invoices and Supporting Items. This portal was going to sunset within 2 weeks span and finance team was in dire state to pull the crucial data from the portal. We created a bot using Automation Anywhere A360 which will sign into the web portal and filter out data according to the Year and Month and store all pdfs and Document files along with the screenshot of the information Page. Retrieved 46K records within a week., Automated the Interaction with BlackLine Portal and Microsoft Applications., Developed and implemented end to end process., Unit testing and Bug fixing., Pre and Post Deployment Testing.
• Jira Ticket Creation, Evolent Health, RPA Developer, 09/2023 - 12/2023, Jira is a proprietary product developed by Atlassian that allows bug tracking, issue tracking and agile project management. Jira is used by a large number of clients & users globally for project, time, requirements, task, bug, change, code, test, release, sprint management. In this Project developed using UI-Path we created a trigger system which will activate the bot when Bot receives a support request. Based on the email content ticket will be created in Jira dashboard and assigned to the respective team., Involved in testing of core modules., SDD Creation, Performed Unit testing., Tracked the defect using Excel Sheet and follow-up Bug Life Cycle., Involved in Team meetings and Technical Discussions., Proactively involved with the Business Analyst and Development team during this process.
