Licensing and Authorization

• Monitor and Process issuance of Authorization for Initial, Extension and Renewal of applications for CAR 145 certifying staff, On Job Training Assessors and Supervisors, Store Inspectors, CAR 145 and CAR 147 Instructors and Quality Auditors.
• Monitor and maintain data of training certifications of all the CAR 145 certifying staff and non certifying staff in engineering department.
• Preparation of Training Need Analysis for Extension of License and On Job Training Program in accordance with Appendix III to CAR 66
• Responsible for application process recommendation to DGCA for initial, extension, renewal of CAR 66 AME License through eGCA portal.
• Maintain completion track of Quality, Technical Circulars by certifying staff.

Quality Assurance and Audits

• Preparing and updating the Tracker for all the Internal Audits carried out by Quality Department
• Follow-up audits based on critical Non-Conformance corrective actions for confirmation and closure.
• Associating in preparation of forms, tags, procedure sheets and SOP's as and when required to cater the operational requirements or any DGCA requirement.

Assisted Engineers and Technicians in performing task on A320 family fitted with PW1100 and V2500 and 737NG fitted with CFM-56.

• Operational check of emergency lights
• General Visual Inspection of external ELT antenna
• BITE test of ATC system
• Replacement of Bonding Jumpers of movable control surfaces
• Cleaning of Electrical wiring Interconnect system (EWIS) in 49VU and 120VU
• Functional test of cargo compartment door
• Detailed visual inspection of EWIS in fan and accessory gearbox
• Installation of Aircraft battery
• Cleaning of EWIS installed in forward Avionic compartment
• Operational test of windshield anti-icing
• Replacement of tail navigation light hardwares
• Installation of Windshield heat control computer
• Removal of Transceiver weather radar
• Operational check of Smoke Configuration Control System.
• Operational check of NEOL(Near End of Life) Activation on Beacon Lights
• Operational check of Underwater Locator Beacon
• Detailed inspection of portable oxygen mask
• Clean grid of Relay Box VU panels
• General Visual inspection of External ELT Antenna
• Checking fire circuit continuity cargo compartment
• Operational check of fire control push button switch sub functions related to engine shutdown and isolation
