• Part of the NAV Calculation team and responsible for the preparation of the final NAV for private equity.
• Booking and validation of trades, capital activity, and cash booking.

Trust accounting.

• Part of the Trust Accounting team is responsible for the transfer of Trust accounts.
• As part of the cost basis team, I transitioned the cost basis process onshore.
• Also part of the Cost Basis Team, transitioned the Cost Basis process from onshore and prepared SOPs for different sub-processes.
• Responsible for the transfer of assets from one custodian to another.
• Modify or correct them if there is anything incorrect, such as the asset acquisition date, name of financial institution, bank name, asset category, units, and amount.

Fund Accounting.

• Prepare the NAV work paper, balance sheet, income statement, statement of partners’ capital, schedule of investments, and cash flows.
• Work on special and ad hoc projects for clients and internally.
• Reconcile the client price with FIS price.
• Prepared the SOPs for the main process, as well as the subprocess.
• Booking the bank transactions, income and expenses, month-end accruals, valuations, and other journal entries into the Efront application.
• Train the subordinate on different processes.
• Support for auditors in year-end audits.
• Actively provide training to new joiners and troubleshoot to reduce errors.

• Worked as a part of Internal Audit team for The Paul group of 5 star hotel chain in Bangalore and Coorg Location.
• Work as concurrent auditor for State bank of Mauritius.
• Prepared analysis and assisted company auditors on queries.
