Job Profile:

• Experience in preparation of Costing, especially for LT Panels PTTA & TTA and HT panel as per SLD, BOM, Technical specification or any Technical details provided by the customer.
• Preparing technical queries for ambiguities in drawings, specifications and BOQ if required. Send queries to the client/consultant for any dispute encountered against Specifications, BOQ and Drawings.
• Prepare the estimate or the quantity takes off for any item encountered in the BOQ, which need breakdown for costing.
• I also check the costing for Junior Executive Engineer.
• Design and develop a micro-grid comprises of different energy sources with project coordination.Like : PGCIL, NTPC, BHEL, DATA CENTER.
• Client relations and communications.
• Vendor and Supplier Management (Price negotiations-Pre Contract).
• Designing of Panels general arrangement drawings, schematic drawings & BOQ as per the Client requirement.

Achievements :

•Awarded the special recognition by Jakson for successful tendering and execution of project RIL, 10 CRs. In this project including many panel like LT panels and HT panels.

•Successful Designing and Tendering/Estimating project of PGCIL, NTPC, DATA CENTER, AQUATHERM and various more big project .

Job Profile:

• Undergone on-the-job training in Designing/Estimation of electrical control panels like Manual panel, Synchronize panel, DG panel & AMF Panel etc. as per customer requirement.
• Selection of components, module size & make of components. While keeping all these exercise/ R&D designed the Electrical Panel.
• Matching customer specs with final costing sheet/ price value. If any deviation make Addition-Deletion sheet against the offered purchase order after consult with marketing people.
• Worked on the manufacturing plan issued.
• Capable of designing & doing any electrical drawings in AUTOCAD.
• Dealing and solving with customer queries and problems.
• Handle various projects of reputed clients like L&T, SIEMENS, ABB, SCHNEIDER, ALSTOM, BHEL, METRO.

Achievements :

• Successfully developed, for the first time, the electrical designs and assembly schematics the DG panel for JAKSON.

• Successfully prepared the tender and cost estimates for this product.

• Ensured company’s prestigious presence in the field of power Distribution.
