• Focused on Sales Order, Purchasing, Outsourcing modules, Estimating, Jobs, Inventory, Tooling, Production, Shipping, Items, Xlink, Accounting, and Billing, Handheld (E2E).

• Led the Radius Handheld Modernization project, focusing on inventory management (E2E Lifecycle of Inventory using Handheld).

• Documented test results and maintained accurate quality assurance records.

• Analyzed customer feedback to identify areas of improvement in product quality.

• Conducted comprehensive testing for estimating integrations, including job creation, scheduling, and execution.
• Evaluated AI functionalities utilized in the Radius Automator to ensure optimal performance.
