I am working as a Erection and commissioning Engg. in my project team. At this project i work on many rotary drive equipment following are
Booster Fan:- Lube oil system erection , Flushing of skid pipeline & tank, achieve NAS value. Commission LOS skid, Blade pitch setting.
Booster Fan 11 KV motor 8 Hr no load trial ,Axial type fan readiness for load trail including inspection of blade tip clearance 5.8 to 6.4 mm, ensure blade torque tightness 1700 nm with all logic & protection.
Slurry recirculation pump:- pump erection with reference to Absorber and its level of elevation shown in drawing and having 3.3 KV motor, flow capacity 12500m3/hr. Gear box visual inspection & flushing, alignment inspection, instrument configuration through DCS inspection like RTD and vibration value in desk.
LT drive:- includes Auxiliary & Equipment cooling water pump are multi stage type, slurry pump are belt driven type erection and inspected by client NTPC as per our FQP sheet and pre commission( ensure checklist, greasing in pump, test mode inspection) and take 4hr no load & load trail.
Ball Mill:- Horizontal type mill which include main drive, gear box, pinion, girth gear and lube oil system. Main motor 3.3 KV trial with mill on full load 67 ton grinding media excluding 8 ton limestone. Inspection of high & low pressure pipe hydro test, flushing, mill jacking, mill master level, girth gear bolt torque 1700nm, pinion girth gear overlapping, final commissioning and operation.
Damper Seal air fan:- Damper freeness checking , limit setting and operation.
Seal air fan are LT drive (flow capacity 17000m3/hr, motor 18kw) which include suction filter and mounted on vibration pad installation and commissioning
It is the India's 1st Semi dry FGD unit and in this project i have done erection of Lime handling unit, ACW, ECW pump & compressor and commission the many rotary drive involve in process team and assist in DCS control room for operation .Preparation of pre commissioning and hot commissioning document.
I am working as Mechanical engg. which deals with fabrication of heavy structure beam fit up & supply of module mounting structure to Indian railway although export the heavy structure to foreign country also via 3rd party inspection client "Ramboll".
