Morgan Stanley is an Investment Banking firm and I am a part of Prime Brokerage business where we do the book-keeping for the client about their daily transactions and positions with zero fault tolerance and high accuracy

• Considering the priority of the reporting with respect to performance and accuracy I am driving the squad of 3 people engineered to make to system better and robust delivering multiple enhancement and new features.
• · Led a team of engineer’s in designing, implementing and maintaining enterprise-level applications.
• As a squad leader, we have taken the responsibility of hygiene work to upgrade and maintain the applications libraries, Sybase server and any cross over violation.
• Delivered high quality API’s to support the seamless integration with upstream to receive the transactional feed and persist in our book.
• Designed the support service to enable the new joiner entitlement and access using firm wide directory for the respective team and reduced the manual intervention for the boiler plate work.
• Designed the implemented the regression framework which is used for reconciliation and monitor the performance of any changes that we are delivering on the report.
• Recruited and trained IT team members.

Operation Bridge is a product which is used to monitor any type of data center. It provides a proactive solution for reporting the events with the help of agents and supports agentless monitoring. It supports a very good integration with many other different system and products. My contribution for this product was to provide a wide variety of customization for the consumers through command line interface. I have also contributed in migration of Flex UI to the new responsive UI with Angular and HTML5.

● Contributed on migration of flex UI to responsive HTML5 pages using Angular.

● Worked on the health check configuration for the registered nodes through CLI.

● Created a rest service (GET operation) which collects the active information of nodes.

● Persisted the information in DB using JMS, blocking queue and hibernate using daemon thread.

● Extensively worked on JUNIT, service mocking, code coverage and graceful error handling.

● Also contributed in the Automation Regression test suite in writing the test scripts.

I was working for one of the European Bank Nordea, where I have made multiple successful delivery in different sub-project like Nordea Finance, Forbearance Documentation Tool and Automated Credit Process. My key contributions are: -

• Worked on designing the UI using NeXT platform which is customized and based on Vaadin framework.
• Integrated with Spring boot and removed all the boiler plate codes using Lombok and Map struts.
• Contributed on designing the SAD.
• Consumed Rest based web service (GET, POST & PUT) to communicate with the backend.
• Extensively worked on JUNIT, service mocking and graceful error handling
• Implemented Document database using NoSQL which was highly appreciated and reduced the work effort to 50% as it completely removes the designing and maintenance part for database.
• Worked with different design patter like Singleton, Proxy and Factory design pattern.
• Handled all the responsibility from user story creation to release and integrate between multiple stakeholders.
• Considered as a subject matter expert and single point of contact for this service with Client Appreciation.
• Mentored team, sharing skills and expertise and encouraged each member to bring forward ideas and suggestions for improvement.
