• Using computer-aided design to create detailed design and specification.
• Mechanical CAE for Plastic & Sheet metal Parts.
• Control and maintain the design standard of the products.
• Reviewing supplier PPAP (PRODUCTION PART APPROVEL PROCESS)
• Supplier Audit & Vendor Development
• Supplier Quality Assurance For initial lot, POKA-YOKE Implementation at supplier end.
• ECN implementation/verification & DFMEA Prep (Internal), DFMEA Review & Implementation (Supplier).
• Reviewing Design and Manufacturing process and taking action for the area of improvement.
• Timeline for new project & to achieve target of 100% on time product development.

• Responsible for providing technical drawing & 3D models/renders to both customers and internal Engineering functions.
