1. As Registrar, responsible for the due custody of the records and the common seal of the University.

The ex-officio secretary of the Governing Body, Executive Council, Academic Council, Admission Committee, and of every Selection Committee for the appointment of employees of the University and places before these authorities all such information as may be necessary for the transaction of their business. Ensure the outcomes are circulated to all the stakeholders. Also, ensure that the necessary actions are taken and monitored accordingly.
3. Guiding and supervising the functions of Joint Registrars/Deputy Registrars/Assistant Registrars.
4. Exercise all such powers as may be necessary or expedient for carrying into effect the orders of the Chancellor, Vice Chancellor or various authorities or bodies of the University of which acts as secretary.
5. Represents the University in suits or proceedings by or against the University, sign powers of attorney and verify pleadings.
6. Manage constitution of the various University Regulatory Bodies.
7. Prepare, seek approval and make available the general ordinances, rules and regulations of the university and ensure their compliance.
8. Co-ordinator for Internal Qualtiy Assurance Cell (IQAC) of the University.
9. Acts as the SPOC for coordinating with IT and various units within the University for uploading/updating of the information on the University Website regularly after the approval of the contents from Vice Chancellor/Pro Vice Chancellor.
10. Co-ordinate for the development of association of University with senior academicians, industrialists of repute.
11. Co-ordinate for the establishment and development of Digital Marketing Cell of the University with IT Cell.
12.Co-ordinate and monitor the development, implementation of ERP system with IT Cell.
13. To perform such other duties as may be specified in the Statutes of the University or prescribed by the Ordinances or the Regulations or as may be required, from time to time, by the Executive Council or the Vice Chancellor.
14. Perform all such other duties as may be prescribed by the Statutes & Ordinances or required, from time to time, by the Chancellor or the Vice Chancellor but shall not, by virtue of the provisions of this sub-clause, be entitled to vote.
1. As OSD to Vice Chancellor, reported and worked directly with the Vice Chancellor to frame internal and external activities including the policies, confidential matters and execute any other duties as directed by the Vice Chancellor.
2. Was the Co-ordinator for NAAC steering Committee of the University and secretary of IQAC.

5. Served as the principal liaison between the assigned work unit and key University central offices regarding HR-related matters.
6. In his tenure as Additional Director-Corporate Relations, helped IFTM University forge new alliances with corporate like IBM, HP, Oracle, Wipro, Infosys etc and Industry Body alliances like CII, DMA, SIDCUL etc.
