• Prospect and selling food and beverage service to the guest. • Handling guest in the restaurant. • Taking booking for the conference, private and birthday parties. • Taking care of banquet, room service and the restaurant. • Checking food quality. • Maintaining the upkeep of the equipments in the restaurant. • Taking inventory of Crockery, Glassware and Cutlery of F&B outlets. • Preparing costing report of F&B department. • Preparing Duties roaster of F&B Staff. • Making log book of the F&B outlets. • Cash handling during the operation time. • Making sales report of F&B department on daily and monthly basis.
Responsibilities:-

• Handling guest in the restaurant. • Ensure to set up the equipment & prepare mis-en-place in accordance with restaurant policy. • Maintaining the upkeep of the equipments in the restaurant. • Prepare reports like:-Inventory of Crockery, Glassware and Cutlery.
