- Used Microsoft Excel to analyze historical data and determine a sample size in order to estimate the lead time for make-to-order (MTO) orders.
- To find bottlenecks in the supply chain process, surveys were conducted and Six Sigma techniques including root cause analysis and 5W analysis were implemented.
- Product category type, most impacted clients, and verticals with longer lead times were taken into consideration when conducting the analysis.
- Presented suggestion and solutions, based on the analysis, aimed at reducing the overall lead time of the supply chain process.
