• Oxygen equipment such as Protective Breathing Equipment (PBE) manufactured (OEM) by B/E aerospace and Air liquid.
• Safety equipment such as Survival kit manufactured (OEM) by Safran.
• Emergency battery pack manufactured by DIEHL.
• Responsible for carrying out maintenance as per CMM of Galley equipments such as Oven, Water boiler/Heater, Beverage maker, Coffee maker, Hot Jug, Bun Warmer, Ice container, Trolley manufactured (OEM) by SAFRAN (Zodiac Aerospace), B/E Aerospace, Driessen, Rumbold, UTC Aerospace and Ipeco Holdings Ltd.
• Carrying out maintenance as per CMM of Radio communication equipments such as Headset, Handheld microphone, Boom headset and Ground crew headset manufactured (OEM) by Holmco, Sennheiser, LEM, David clark and Bose Aviation
• Carrying out maintenance of Megaphones manufactured (OEM) by ACR and Federal Signal.
• Carrying out Annual inspection (NRL Testing), Battery replacement, Programming & Re-programming of Emergency Locator Transmitter & Dongle manufactured (OEM) by
  Artex & Kannad (Orolia).
• Carrying out Inspection, replacement of Survival equipment such as Survival kit manufactured (OEM) by Safran.
• Responsible for carrying out Servicing, Periodic checks, Capacity checks & Overhaul of the Ni-Cd battery and Emergency battery pack manufactured by SAFT and DIEHL
• Uploading of Aircraft Navigational Data & Terrain Data updates for various Jeppesen, Garmin & Honeywell components.
• Planning and preparation of work-package as per scheduled requirements
• Pre-loading of spares as per planned work package
• Closure/ reporting back of work orders/SRTs on Citrix (Danish software)
• Developing long term plans to ensure continuous growth and profitability
• Managing Inventory through routine stock audit
• Tested feasibility, design, operation and performance of equipment, components and systems
• Provided technical engineering support and project management for design, engineering and development for STC for various aircraft such as B200, Cessna

• Gathering relevant data, reporting shop findings and initiating corrective action in support of root cause determination on in-service issues
• Providing technical engineering write-ups for testing, repair and overhaul of components
• Investigating, developing and implementing repair processes
• Study, analyses and seek solutions with various departments for production issues related to design, operation, performance, modification or repair of components
• Managing all procurement requirements on the basis of monthly, quarterly and half yearly utilization of spares
• Interfacing with internal user and suppliers on procurement projects to ensure best value for the company in line with the financial and operational requirements
• Sourcing of product suppliers and negotiating for price, lead time and FOC items on bulk demands from Open market in order to meet reasonable user delivery requirements.

• Replacement and Modifications as per CMM, Service bulletins, Approved Drawings, Overhaul, Functional Testing, Assembly, Disassembly, Troubleshooting of Galley equipment manufactured (OEM) by B/E Aerospace, Zodiac Aerospace(Britax Sell), Rumbold and Iacobucchi which is fitted on A330-200/300, B737-700/800/900
• Carried out MOD 646 i.e AIR COMBAT MANEOUVRING INSTRUMENTATION on BISON MIG - 21 aircraft
• Carried out MOD 633 i.e.VOR ILS MOD on BISON MIG - 21 aircraft
• Carried out MOD 632 i.e.RECIEVER WARNING RADAR(TARANG) on mig-21 (Type75).
