BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF PROJECTS ACCOMPLISHED:

• Account Overdrawn Project (Saudi National Bank)

Bank wanted to reduce the account overdrawn cases during BANCS (core banking) down time period. During bancs down time period there is no connectivity between the base24 switch and the core banking system so the overdrawn cases were more due to account balance mismatch between base24 switch and the core banking system.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Code development as per the new scope - The existing approach were changed and the new approach has been applied not to send advice for Base24 authorized transaction and to calculate the account balance at switch level which earlier was at core banking level.

ATM auth and POS RTAU authorization module and FHM module code changes as well as unit testing and the SIT and UAT issue resolution and support.

Also, during this tenure in SNB handled some projects development part for other bank's requirement or the ongoing projects code modifications and unit testing, SIT and UAT support.

• April and October Mandate 2023(Saudi National Bank) :

SNB wanted to apply the latest mandates for 2023 April and October .

Roles and Responsibilities:
Analysis, code development and testing done for the Mastercard mandates for the BNET and MDS 2023.

Code development involves in DDL, TKN file to log the tokens in the PTLF.

Also, analysis, development and testing done in MDS to support field DE122 and some subfields from DE48 and DE43.

• Dynamic Currency Conversion for VISA (Axis Bank) –

Axis bank wanted to support visa dcc support.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design, Code Development, Unit, SIT, UAT, Implementation support.

Code development in DDL, DH, AUTH module to support the functionality of VISA DCC.

Performed VISA switch as well as terminal certification.

Production Issues resolution, Development Support for the requirements throughout during the axis bank tenure.

• Andhra and Corporation Bank Merger in Union Bank of India (Union Bank of India)

UBI wanted to merge Andhra and corporation bank.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Requirement analysis of ATM authorization module to handle both the FIIDs for the Andhra, corporation bank with UBI existing functionality BAU.

Code changes in DDL, AUTH to handle the functionality of the Andhra and corporation and UBI bank with the BAU processing.

Unit testing, SIT and UAT support for the same project.

• FHM Updates on CAF (Union Bank of India).

Union bank wanted to update the online Card status, customer domestic and international limits and card status through mobile app.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Analysis and code changes in FHM module to fetch the limits of CPF and to send it to the customer through mobile app.

New fhm source code to fetch the CPF limits like CAF limits.

Unit testing and SIT, UAT and production support.

• Mobile Number Capture for Cash Deposit Machines (OKI, Hitachi, Diebold Recycler) (Federal Bank, Kochi)

Federal bank wanted to capture the mobile number and send that number to the host.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Analysis, design to capture the mobile number from the customer on ATM machine and send that mobile number to the host by adding the token and sending that token to the hiso.

Config file changes, Code customization done to accept the mobile number from the customer and store that number in the new token.

Code changes done to send the mobile number into DE-126 to the host.

UNIT testing, SIT, UAT and go-live implementation support.

• Enabling Customers to Activate Blocked ATM Cards (Federal Bank, Kochi)

Federal bank wanted to activate the blocked cards. To allow the transaction with blocked card.

Roles and Responsibilities

Analysis, design to activate the blocked card after customer has failed pin for 3 times.

Code customization done in atm auth to skip the pin verification for already blocked card.

UNIT testing, SIT, UAT and go-live implementation support.

• Update/Accept Aadhar Number on ATM (IndusInd Bank):

IndusInd bank want to accept the Aadhar number from the customer and send ot forward to the host.

Roles and Responsibilities

Analysis, design, config file changes to accept the aadhar number from the customer on ATM.

Code customization done in DDL, DH module to accept the aadhar number and send it through token.

UNIT testing, SIT, UAT and go-live implementation support.

• Rupay EMV 3ds Support (IndusInd Bank):

Indusind bank wanted to support EMV 3ds transaction support.

Roles and Responsibilities

Code analysis to implement the emv 3ds checks for the ecommerce transaction coming from Npci.

Code customization done in DDL, RTAU to support emv 3d secure transaction.

Done unit testing for the same.

• ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Perform impact analysis for minor & major projects.
• Write new code or update existing code based on the requirements.
• Write test cases & perform unit testing along with regression.
• Create impact assessment document based upon the requirements. Also update the required documents after code submission.
• Provide quick support to UAT and PROD.
• Responsible for all outcomes to meet quality process via reviewing & tracking the changes for different phases of software development.
• Raise project related issues upfront so that there is minimal rework.
• Keep track of all incidents & do the analysis as per requirement.
• Walk through prod deployment process by giving live implementation support & post deployment maintenance.
