- Responsible for maintaining clients' custodian accounts and providing them with various services for which they have opted from the organization for EMEA and US clients, working with clients and onshore stakeholders.
- Services include overdraft reporting, valuation reporting, gift processing, SWIFT processing, market price updates, monitoring transaction lifecycle management (TLM) funds, claiming clients' incoming wires, authorized signatory validations, account closure, address change, credit card statements, and many more.
- Responsible for the deliverables of all the client tasks accurately and within the specified time frame.
- Respond to high-level external queries with the adequate resolutions received in relation to client reporting and requested services, and ensure issues are escalated to the appropriate personnel across the business.
- Responsible for reviewing the tasks performed by the processors and delivering the final, accurate outcomes to the clients.
- Responsible for preparing the monthly allocations of tasks for the processors, and working with the manager to test and implement any developmental areas for streamlining the process, preparing monthly metrics, and providing audit justifications to the process auditor for any observations, ensuring that the risk factors are considered while delivering services to the client.
