• Design and development of chassis for 28T and 35T tipper, with V-rod bogie suspension.
• IMCR activity for the ICV platform, leading to a cost reduction of Rs 5,000 in FY 2022.
• Warranty cost, field failure analysis for 25T tipper and 37T cargo, defined RCA, PCA, and retro.

• Design and DMU preparation of all the chassis for M&HCV buses; detailing of parts and assembly drawings preparation in the environment of Pro-E/Creo 2.0.
• Used PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) to release designs and BOM generation.
• 4-D (DFA, DFM, DFS) documents sign-off activities with concerned departments.
• DFMEA preparation, Pre-DFMEA documents, good knowledge of calculating RPN (Risk Priority Number), and defining recommended actions.
