The ASM is responsible for sales planning at tactical level, execution and delivery of results.You are expected to manage and drive PhonePe acceptance and market share among merchants in the given territory through direct and indirect distribution. The key KPIs would be number of merchants, total transactions and revenue.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

Sales -


Deliver sales & revenue targets for all products and across merchant categories, by executing the distribution strategy at the channel partner level as well as direct sales

Monitor quality of acquisition, deployment, lending,shop insurance,pos machines through all channels.

Competition Tracking, reporting schemes & programs.

Ensure availability of merchandise at retail while adhering to the norms.

Execute promotional activities to drive sales and build market share.
