• Led the effort to achieve a 4x application scale while reducing overall latency by more than 60%. This significant improvement was achieved with a lower overall application cost.
• Owned core logistics constructs like First Mile, Last Mile, and Order Orchestration as Team Lead.
• Ensure 100% uptime during peak seasons like Diwali. Because 5 minutes of this application down could have cause direct revenue and trust loss
• Managed and optimized multiple terabytes of data with millions of requests on a self-managed database infrastructure.

• Owned the development and maintenance of core Delhivery financial systems, including remittance and invoicing.
• Designed and built multiple anomaly detection and reconciliation systems, achieving a zero-discrepancy billing rate.
• Developed independent client-facing systems as a separate layer from the monolith architecture. This decoupling ensured client requests wouldn't be impacted by regular transactions on the main system, improving performance and scalability.
