1)  Cloning and purification of Akt1 isoform using Nickel Affinity Chromatography for NanoBRET assay to study the binding affinity of Akt inhibitors

• Performed cloning for the LgBit-Akt1-SmBit fusion construct and purified the Akt1 isoform using Nickel Affinity chromatography.
• Prepared the construct for NanoBRET assay to study the affinity of Akt inhibitors in cancer.

2) Genetic engineering of S.cerevisiae to conditionally deplete Isw2 chromatin remodeler using auxin inducible degron in yeast meiosis. 

• Constructed yeast strains containing Auxin Inducible Degron (AID) tag using PCR based C-terminal tagging approach.
• Performed auxin-inducible degradation (AID) assay to assess growth phenotypes following target protein depletion.
• Performed meiotic synchronization and tetrad dissection to study the impact of Isw2 protein depletion in sporulation kinetics and spore viability.

3) In-silico design of a multi-epitope vaccine against SARS-CoV2 M-protein : An immunoinformatic approach (Jul 2020 – Jun 2021)

• Predicted the B-cell and T-cell epitopes associated with the Membrane protein of SARS-CoV2
