• Successfully reduced cutting scrap wastage of the sleeve cutting machine from 29.8% to 6.5%, improving material utilization and production efficiency

• Responsible for Mill-01 opertions.
• Monitored mill parameters to ensure safe, stable, and efficient production
• Coordinated with maintenance and quality teams to resolve operational issues
