• Collaborate effectively with onshore teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and service quality.
• Deliver timely and accurate data to prevent delays in loan payments and uphold client satisfaction.
• Handling escalations and stakeholder communications

• Procure, verify, and manage accurate tax information to support timely and compliant loan servicing.
• Ensure prompt processing and maintenance of property tax payments, minimizing risk of penalties or service disruption.
• Conduct root cause analysis of payment issues to identify underlying problems and implement corrective actions.
• Perform detailed research to maintain and update accurate customer data in loan servicing systems.
• Consistently meet or exceed SLAs and performance targets through proactive workload management and process optimization.
