1. Identify and implement digitalization projects in production line.

2. Identify cost-saving opportunities in day to day activities.

3. Support and help external Teams for identifying the bottleneck causes for project implementation and adaptation.

4. Review and finalize the requirements for project requirements.

5. Identify the potential stake holders in new projects

6. Manage the production for painting line and complete daily production targets

7. Ramp-up production of new models and new SKUs.

8. Enhance team productivity by implementing efficient work processes and regularly reviewing performance metrics.

9. Manage conflict resolution among team members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

• I was part of a 2 weeks internship program focusing on personality development and corporate training.
• Younity.in, a community led Ed-Tech platform with 50,000+ learners in our 53+ industry-led proficiency and integrated programmes across 9 domains with a core mantra of up-skilling undergraduates.

• I was the Team Leader of the Quality Circle group representing my college with hundreds of other MNC companies.
• Our Vision was Better Solution for Higher Quality.
• With the Mission of Continuous improvement in daily work and achieve highest quality we were responsible to identify and complete possible Kaizen and Quality Circle projects.
• We completed 2 major projects and many small kaizens in our tenure.
• We were also successful in bagging Gold Award not once but twice at National level NCQC competitions.
