OCR-Enabled PDF Editor

A web-based PDF editor that allows users to view, annotate, and extract text from scanned PDF documents using OCR, enabling seamless interaction with both digital and scanned files.

Key Responsibilities & Features:

• Built a custom PDF viewer and editor Implemented page-wise annotation tools (pen, highlight, shapes, text, eraser)
• Integrated OCR feature executing python script to extract text on backend
• Optimizing rendering performance for large, multi-page PDF documents
• Ensured drawings and annotations persist across zoom and scroll actions

DOC Editor (Advanced Document Editing Platform)

A full-featured document editing platform designed to provide a smooth, Word-like editing experience with rich text formatting, pagination, and structured content management.

Key Responsibilities & Features:

• Developed a rich text editor using React and TipTap and Implemented page-based layout management with margins, headers, and footers
• Added support for headings, lists, alignment, indentation, and text styling
• Managed editor state using useContext() for consistent editor engine synchronization
• Handled pagination logic and content flow across multiple pages
