• Demonstrated ownership in execution of GEnx-2B engine Booster Anti Ice system analysis. Provided critical technical inputs for analysis approach, design changes and test correlation leading to successful detailed design review and certification. Won engineering excellence award for helping team meet tollgate dates and certification targets for this system.
• Made several contributions to the new “design practice (DP) for external hardware analysis” by developing best practices in contact & connection modeling, meshing guidelines, composite material modeling etc.
• Contributed to productivity targets by consistently developing new and innovative tools for automating many frequency repeated tasks. Prepared training material & delivered technical trainings as necessary.

• Addressed complex brazed joint modeling issue as part of Green Belt (GB) project. Developed a methodology to model brazed joints and won engineering excellence award.
• Successfully determined root cause for EMU system support failure in vibration test by quickly learning and applying advanced damping estimation and suggested design fix. Conducted simulation based RCA & redesign of several other systems on GEnx-1B & -2B engines.
• Created team website by gathering, classifying & uploading a large amount of technical data. This helped in improving the productivity of the team by reducing the access time to the technical data and making sure the data is not lost.
  
  

• Oversaw Fabrication and erection of Turbo Generator (TG) foundation, Power House structure and electrical Annex building for 2x120 MW Nalco CPP at Angul, Orissa.
• Coordinated with customer, sub-contractor, project engineering office, projects division head office and site to get work done.
• Drafted and implemented quality control plan for concrete quality testing and documented quality findings.
• Qualified welders in ARC and MIG processes and checked the weld integrity using FPT, X-Ray & UT. Prepared & Reconciled BOM. Checked, worked with finance team to get the bills paid on time.
