A study on India Post with reference to consumer choices in Mumbai, 12/22-02/23

  • the study aims to understand the factors influencing consumers to use India Post, assess their demographic profile, identify additional services, and understand their satisfaction level The findings reveal that consumers are loyal to India Post despite growing competition in postal and courier services. The exceptional and cost-effective services provided by India Post are difficult for newer providers to offer, and consumers show a percentage of trust in India Post. Although there is a gradual decline in India Post usage, newer strategies can potentially turn this into positives This study provides insight into the strong legacy of India Post for decades
