• Worked in a Team with an Environment consisting of 50+ ESXi servers and 3000+ Windows servers, vSphere 7.0/8.0.
• Building windows Servers as per the requirements given in the ticket.
• Resolving at least 10 Tickets per day pertaining to Infrastructure Operations Team using the Service Now Portal.
• Working with vSphere 7.0/8.0 for managing the vCenters, vMotion for Host based migrations of VMs in Production environment.
• Working with Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, DHCP, IIS (Web Server), FTP.
• Installed Windows 2003/2008/2008 R2/2012/2012 R2/2016/2019 virtual machines and also installed the required Roles, software and tools.
• Implementation of Active Directory infrastructure and Network fundamentals protocols (such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
• Strong Knowledge in creating various objects like User Accounts, Computer Accounts, and Auto Logon Accounts, Assigning folder permissions to the users by gathering approval from the group Owners.
• Maintain and manage security compliance tasks including server health checks, user validations, missing patches and coordinate with the requester.
• Handle Domain Controller promotion, cutover and demotion.
• Perform security updates on Windows servers using SCCM and troubleshoot issues in SCCM while patching and upgrades.
