· To facilitate change management with respect to use of ICT &Nikshay tools for concerned data entry, validation & its use for public health action
· Organises and conducts Active Case Finding at vulnerable area at West and East Jaintia Hills District.
· Published and Presented a Research paper “Opioid Overdose: Knowledge and Practices among Health Care Providers in Meghalaya in the Second North East Zonal Conference of IAPSM held on the 16th & 17th October 2015 organised by Department of Community Medicine, NEIGRIHMS and published at the International Journal of Current studies.
· Coordinate with the Coordinator and Training Coordinator in Harm Reduction Training for the State of Meghalaya, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram and Nagaland
· Involve in various field activities in the Department of Community Medicine: Assisting the MBBS students of NEIGRIHMS in family visit at Urban and Rural areas, organising various health programme like World AIDS Day, Hepatitis C Day, Tuberculosis Day, World Population Day Fort night and Volunteered as a Vaccinator for
Pulse Polio Immunization.
· Assisted with “Childhood Obesity in India: A multicentre study on its Measurements and Determinants with reference to Cardio-Metabolic risk factors ICMR Taskforce study.
· Took part in the “Support- Don’t Punish Campaign. Video Project” organised by International Drug Policy Consortium for the upcoming UN General Assembly Special Session with the need for a range of voices from Asia ( India, Myanmar and Thailand) to be heard advocating for drug policy reform particularly for an end to criminalisation and punishment of people who use drugs on the 3rd December 2015.
· Attended Workshop on Operational Research under National AIDS Control Organisation, A situational Analysis: conducted by National Drugs Dependence Treatment Centre - AIIMS. New Delhi.
