· Conducted and Organised a 12 day Workshop on Palliative Care once in 3 (three) months for Patients Family, Doctors, Nurses, Social Work Students and various NGO’s.

· Compiled a Poster Presentation on “Care for the dying: A spiritual Dimension” which was presented at the 6th National Bioethics Conference held at Pune 13th -15th Jan 2017.

· Published an article on “OUTREACH PALLIATIVE CARE- CARE BEYOND CURE (this article was published in the TNT and local newspaper of Shillong).

· Involved in organising a Run and Ride Pan- India Cancer Programme along with various NGO, NEIGRIHMS and Shillong Commerce College on the 13th March 2018.

· Moderated a Programme on Cancer on the 24th August 2017.

· Work in close coordination with District Tuberculosis Officer in program management activities including planning, budgeting, procurement, logistics management, maintenance services and preparation of reports.

· Notifying all Private Practitioners, Chemists, Laboratory treating Tuberculosis patients in the District.

· Responsible of documenting reports, updating monthly and quarterly reports on online NIKSHAY Portal.

· Coordinate with the stakeholders of the program like Medical Colleges, NGOs, Private Practitioners, Professional organizations, LSGs and TB and TB related co-morbidity care providers.

· Assist the DTO in organizing trainings, meetings, reviews and sensitization workshops at the district level.

· Organize Advocacy Communication and Social Mobilization activities in the Schools and Community level, to prepare quarterly IEC reports and procurement reports.

· Identifying NGOs and PPs for partnership through various schemes and enters into MoU.

· To facilitate change management with respect to use of ICT &Nikshay tools for concerned data entry, validation & its use for public health action

· Organises and conducts Active Case Finding at vulnerable area at West and East Jaintia Hills District.

· Published and Presented a Research paper “Opioid Overdose: Knowledge and Practices among Health Care Providers in Meghalaya in the Second North East Zonal Conference of IAPSM held on the 16th & 17th October 2015 organised by Department of Community Medicine, NEIGRIHMS and published at the International Journal of Current studies.

· Coordinate with the Coordinator and Training Coordinator in Harm Reduction Training for the State of Meghalaya, Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram and Nagaland

· Involve in various field activities in the Department of Community Medicine: Assisting the MBBS students of NEIGRIHMS in family visit at Urban and Rural areas, organising various health programme like World AIDS Day, Hepatitis C Day, Tuberculosis Day, World Population Day Fort night and Volunteered as a Vaccinator for

Pulse Polio Immunization.

· Assisted with “Childhood Obesity in India: A multicentre study on its Measurements and Determinants with reference to Cardio-Metabolic risk factors ICMR Taskforce study.

· Took part in the “Support- Don’t Punish Campaign. Video Project” organised by International Drug Policy Consortium for the upcoming UN General Assembly Special Session with the need for a range of voices from Asia ( India, Myanmar and Thailand) to be heard advocating for drug policy reform particularly for an end to criminalisation and punishment of people who use drugs on the 3rd December 2015.

· Attended Workshop on Operational Research under National AIDS Control Organisation, A situational Analysis: conducted by National Drugs Dependence Treatment Centre - AIIMS. New Delhi.
