Two of the most important KPIs have been "zero surprises" and "proactive support" when it comes to risk management process implementation, oversight and governance. Key business areas that I have direct ownership of are

• Delivery Risk Management – Implementation and oversight on strategic and tactical risk mitigation model for all client engagements spread across centers directly impacting top line and bottom line of the organization as well as for clients
• Enterprise Risk Management - Corporate governance on all risks that have direct impact on functioning of the organization
• Business Continuity – Strong program management and audit program that ensured zero business disruption scenario for BCMS controls implementation in alignment with ISO 22301 standard
• Information Security - Controls Implementation and assessments in alignment with organization policy and ISO 270001 standard as well as ISO 27701 standard for Data Privacy
• Contract Compliance – Institutionalizing zero tolerance, robust, self-sustaining and minimal interventionist compliance model that ensures all client engagements comply with contractual arrangements.
• Risk Reporting – culmination of various streams of what if scenarios, actual and potential risk monitoring and mitigation is presented in the form of risk report for decision making.
• Pre-sales Support – I started with this activity and is now a sub-unit within the team that ensures new client onboarding, RFP support, due diligence as well as draft contract reviews are handled that mitigates any future issues and non-compliances.
• Audit and Assessment Framework - Implementation of internal assessment framework that spans across delivery and support units covering information security, business continuity as well as fraud risks has been the key focus area. Advait also owns SOC audits as well as ISO audit programs for the organization.

• Responsible for handling corporate information security framework, managing information security audits, coordination for ITSM activities with network infrastructure group.
• Apart from this, handling business continuity implementation, tracking of BC Plans, and audits for Pune, Mumbai and Chennai locations and providing critical support during disaster recovery.
• Handling quality function activities for major IBUs at Pune location. Moving on to Malaysia handling the APAC region activities including setting up quality function, managing information security & business continuity for Malaysia GDC and for client engagements.

• Responsible for implementation of quality management framework for the startup and leading the ISO audit initiatives.
• The activities involved gap analysis, carrying out interviews and initial assessment on processes and documentation of required processes in-line with requirements of ISO 9001 standard.

Major activities included working on new in-house workflow management system, documentation of Design Document and System Specification Document.
