My experience interning at litigation-focused chambers has helped me develop core skills in legal research, drafting, and understanding courtroom procedure. These have been further strengthened through active participation in mooting and international exposure to comparative legal systems through a summer programme.

  • Researched and analyzed a criminal appeal challenging conviction under Sections 7 and 8 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, focusing on the requirement of prior sanction under Section 19 PCA and Section 197 CrPC.
  • Attended proceedings before the Special CBI Court and Delhi High Court in cases involving the Customs Act 1962, PMLA and the Negotiable Instruments Act 1881.


  • Drafted a rejoinder under the PC-PNDT Act, 1994, challenging the sessions' court order on the ground tha that cognizance wasnt taken by the District Appropriate Authority under Section 28 of the PC-PNDT Act.
  • Conducted legal research on bail jurisprudence under Section 302 IPC, focusing on contradictions in witness statements; research was used in a petition before the Tis Hazari Sessions Court.


  • Assisted in preparing an SLP before the Supreme Court under Section 79A(1)(b) of the MHADA Act regarding the petitioner's right of redevelopment
  • Drafted a legal note on the removal of a senior IAS officer under the All India Services Rules, and attended related proceedings before the Delhi High Court.
