  • Generation of CHO knockout cells using CRISPR CAS9 01/2025-05/2025: Main objective of this project was to construct PX458 vector targeting specific gene in CHO cells and to transfect CHO cells with cloned px458 and analyze gene editing efficiency. The major success we got is transfection was done successfully and knockout was confirmed using PCR.
  • Machine learning techniques for lung cancer: A review 10/2024-12/2024:In this project, we have compared different Machine learning techniques such as SVM, KNN to know which method gives better accuracy to detect Lung cancer. We found SVM is the best method to detect Lung cancer by reading many review and research papers.
