Project 1: CDA to Snowflake implementation project (ICPEI):

Tools used: Snowflake, SQL Server, AWS services (S3 and glue).

• Have experience in bulk loading to load data into snowflake tables from external stages and have worked on TASKS creation as well.
• Worked on snowpipe for continuous data load and COPY to bulk load data. Created internal and external stages and transformed data during load.
• Have prepared mapping specifications for harmonized layer tables based on source data available in different guidewire source systems, and have designed and build out these mappings by creating snowflake views.
• Involved in creating glue jobs in AWS and have done data loading from S3 to glue jobs with help of crawlers and data catalogue.
• Involved in unit testing and doing root level analysis on data discrepancies wherein have used various SQL concepts and have done SQL scripting as well in Microsoft SQL server.

Project 2: Netezza to Snowflake migration project (Nationwide):

Tools used: Informatica, Snowflake, ESP scheduling tool.

• Used Informatica Power center tool (which was used as ETL tool for migrating data from netezza database to Snowflake) for analyzing sources, designing targets and creating workflows and creating desired mappings for sessions to utilize and monitor running jobs.
• Developed mappings in Power center designer in Informatica (ETL tool) and have used various transformations like sorter, aggregator, filter , router joiner etc.
• Have created sessions in task developer in Workflow manager connecting with respective mapping and executing it.
• Have used joins, window functions and other advanced SQL concepts while doing data analysis in Snowflake. Have scheduled and monitored jobs suing ESP job scheduling tool.
