PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

• Worked on Infrastructure as a Code using Terraform for codebuild jobs and other resources such as Amazon Elastic Kubernetes service.
• Implemented Kubernetes cluster autoscaler for Elastic Kubernetes service to adjust the number of nodes in the cluster when pods fail or are rescheduled onto other nodes.
• Modified shell scripts for automating blue-green deployments to kubernetes to create two separate and identical environments.
• Implemented CrowdStrike falcon sensors for ec2 instances and Elastic Kubernetes service for enhancing security for the specific resources.
• Resolved many crowdStrike alerts related to different aws services which were on critical situation and prone to security threats.
• Worked on creating Cloudwatch alarms and updating the cloudwatch custom-dashboard according to the requirements for the client.
• Worked on Simple notification service (SNS) to send email notification on build failure with custom message.
• Worked on creating Amazon s3 buckets and modified the codebuild job to store artifact generated from specific codebuild run.
• Provisioned global RDS cluster using terraform and from the console.
• Worked on adding Web Application Firewall (WAF) for API gateways to restrict access for specific IPs using rules.
• Developed Lambda function in python to update the CloudWatch custom dashboard on autoscaling events.
