* Raising RFI if any missed out information required or deviation from Structural, Architectural and General Drawings.

* I do accurate structure modelling and fine tekla Modeling.

* I have gained good knowledge about software for detailing part.

* I have taken projects according to IS(INDIAN STANDARDS).

* I have done projects independently under the supervision of a Project Manager

* Responded to customer requests via telephone and email.

* Creating MTO/Preliminary model as per Contract drawings and Specifications by using tekla structures.

* Checking of Advance Bill of Materials.

* Generating and editing of Erection GA, Assembly drawings and single part drawings like Columns, Beams, Bracings, Trusses, Girders, stairs, hand rails, gratings & Purling.

* Creating reports (i.e., Assembly Part list, material list, bolt list, etc...)

* Generating Reports and NC Files for Project & Fabrications.

* Checking GA's and Assembly Drawings vs. client drawing.

* Releasing the Erection G.A and shop drawings for approval, fabrication and Erection

* Generating and editing of Erection GA, Assembly drawings and single part drawings like Columns, Beams, Bracings, Trusses, Girders, stairs, hand rails, gratings & Purling.

* Creating reports (i.e., Assembly Part list, material list, bolt list, etc...)

* Generating Reports and NC Files for Project & Fabrications.

* Checking GA's and Assembly Drawings vs. client drawing.

* Releasing the Erection G.A and shop drawings for approval, fabrication and Erection.

RESPONSIBILITIES:-

* Preparation of structural general notes and specifications of the project.

* Preparation of General Arrangements (G.A) drawings/Engineering drawings

* Preparation of connection details & connection proposal details as per design requirement.

* Preparation of Anchor bolt setting plan, GA plan, framing arrangement and Section drawings.

* Preparing 2D detailing of Boiler Supporting Structures like Columns, Beams, Bracings,

Staircase and Trusses including all Connection Details as per IS.

* Preparation of detailed fabrication drawings

* Preparing Bill of Material(BOM) to the Product group

* Checking the Fabrication drawings.

* Clarifying the queries to production/fabrication team if required

* Preparation of Shop & Site Splice location arriving based on transportation & Crane Capacity.

* Application of Connections by using Macros and User custom components.

* Checking of member clashes and assembly checks.

* Generating and editing GA, Assembly drawings and single part drawings like Columns, Beams, Bracing's, Trusses, Girders, stairs, hand rails, gratings & Purling.

* Creating reports (i.e., Assembly Part list, material list, bolt list, etc...)

* Generating Reports and NC Files for Project & Fabrications.

* Importing and Exporting STAAD Files from Tekla Structures.

* Preparation of Global Co-Ordinates Value for Site Erection Feasibility.

* Preparation of Erection Sequence & Method Statement for Tendering /Erection Feasible.
