Responsibilities

• Responsible for TB of non-manufacturing units
• Review of GLs on regular basis and taking necessary follow ups, cleaning books, preparing reconciliations
• Responsible for complete Fixed Asset Management of Non Mfg divisions from Procurement till Disposal and relating MIS
• Accounts Receivable functions such as Monitoring of Receipts, Accruals, Dealer Reconciliation, Preparation & Analysis of Ageing report to be submitted to Senior Management, Coordinating with Business teams about doubtful advances and legal issues, closure of dealerships.
• Accounts Payable functions BRS, Monitoring of Expenditure ledgers, Optimizing organizational systems for timely payments, Month end Accruals and Account Reconciliations.
• Related Party Reconciliations and Reporting to Management
• Responsible for Direct Tax Compliances
• Preparation of Audit Schedules for Tax audit & Statutory Audits and coordinating with Auditors till completion of audits
• Prepared cash flow projections, cost analysis and monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
• Variance analysis on monthly basis with respect to Income & Expenditure a/cs

• Regulatory reporting as per BASEL 3 ( for Swiss International Bank )

Summary

• Reconciling data to underlying Management Accounts, working closely with the Legal Entity Controllers
• Producing accurate financial report for a Regulatory Authority.
• Assisting in preparation of quarterly Financial statements.
• Preparation & analyzing reports for computing Credit Risk & Market Risk for the purpose of Reporting of Capital Requirements Report on daily basis
• Preparation of Large Exposure Reports and submitting to the Management on daily basis (Concentration Risk)
• Preparation of Settlement Risk Reports, Leverage Ratio Reports to the Regulatory Authority on Monthly basis

• Statutory Audit of clients across various fields such as Manufacturing, Trading, Banking, Co-operative Society
• Tax audit of Companies, Individuals & Charitable trusts
• Preparing and Filing various Returns as per Companies Act
• Preparation of Sales Tax, Service Tax and Income Tax Returns
• Accounts finalization, Project report for Loan processing
• Representing Clients before Income Tax Authority for Assessments
