Accomplishments

    - Was a lead trainer for the engineering students of Vidyalankar College of Engineering; they had a 60 days internship in which. I was given the responsibility to nurture them with the cultures of the corporate world. In the course of time they went through different phases of C.C which included personality development, product knowledge, pros and cons of sales and marketing and had given them hands on training for hardcore sales with cold calls and how to convert them into revenue generation.

    - When Future Group acquired Bharti retail; I was given the responsibility of shifting Bharti Retails whole data centre from Noida and Pune locations to Mumbai. And, the relocation was completed in a record time of 12 days. Collaborated with team of 40 members both from Noida and Pune in the relocation of the said project.

    - We had AMC of TATA Aig which included productions servers as well; in the start our engineers were unable to track the progress of each month as we did not have any solid system to track the same. Hence; I developed a PPT which had a graphical representation of each call with time ranging from call logging to call closing with each minute details which was helpful for my team and my client to track progress and status of each call. This system helped us in getting the same AMC contact for next consecutive year without any questions asked.
