Sourcing Candidates: Posting job ads on job boards, social media platforms, and company websites. Using networking, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies to source candidates. The goal is to build a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
Screening and Interviewing: Review applications, resumes, and cover letters to shortlist candidates who meet the job requirements. Conducting initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Evaluate the candidate's communication skills and suitability for the role.
Facilitating the Interview Process: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, or interview panels.
Background Checks and References: Conduct background checks and verify candidate references to ensure the accuracy of the information provided and assess the candidate's credibility.
Job Offer and Negotiation: Assisting in salary negotiations and ensure that the candidate's expectations align with the organization's compensation packages.
