- Ensure timely delivery of approved drawings, procedures & specification to Subcontractors.
- Ensure sufficient manpower requirement/mobilization with subcontractors to execute the work.
- Conduct/arrange welders for welder qualification test with QA/QC concerns & safety training program to all.
- Ensure the Material received status with Material department, coordinate with concern authorities to request for priority-wise requirements/resolve issues if any deviation in material.
- Ensure the site ready to erect.
- Coordinate to resolve any delays/ obstructions with other departments.
- Conduct daily meeting to plan, execute, inspection (ITP), Hydro testing/ Pneumatic testing, Flushing & Reinstatement work with subcontractor.
